Shrivenham Travel Clinic is a private clinic offering advice and vaccinations and our aim is to offer a high quality service that meets the needs of our customers.

When you book an appointment you will be asked for a non-refundable consultation fee of £20.00 per person. In addition, at your appointment you will be charged for any vaccinations/malaria tablets you receive.

A list of the vaccinations we offer and the prices can be found in the ‘charges for’ section of this website.

Once your appointment has been booked you will be asked to complete an online form to enable the Practice Nurses, who run the clinic, to prepare for your visit. The online form can be found in the ‘Appointments’ section of this website. Please do not complete the form until your appointment has been booked.

To book an appointment please telephone 01793 787462 between 9 – 3pm, Monday – Friday to speak to one of our Secretaries and remember to have your debit or credit card to hand to pay for your non-refundable consultation fee of £20.00 per person.

The secretary who will take your booking is not clinically trained and will not be able to answer any questions regarding which vaccinations you may require.

If you want to check which vaccinations are recommended for the country or countries to which you are travelling you can check on the NHS Fit for Travel website:

If you book an appointment the Nurse will discuss which vaccinations are recommended during your consultation.

Some vaccinations may be available without charge through the NHS. To find out more about this please contact your own GP surgery.
